Scoping
Engagements start with a shared definition of the decision the program needs to make. We work with program officers, science leads, and procurement to shape scope, timeline, and deliverables.
Delivery
Small senior teams deliver against the scope: science, engineering, and program management working jointly. Indra models and mistEO tooling provide the substrate; bespoke work sits on top.
Handover
Programs are built to outlive the engagement. Deliverables include operational tooling, documentation, training, and where relevant, source access under agreed terms.
